BIO

Morgan Paris Lanza (they/she) is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and music producer with a background in acting and dance. Their original music is inspired by Jazz, Pop, R&B, Alternative, Hip-Hop and Neo-Soul. Morgan creates songs that share her life stories and have been described as "nostalgic for the future."

Morgan is a professional vocal coach and music instructor who has been teaching since 2015. They offer lessons in voice, songwriting, music production and the basics of music theory, as well as self-accompaniment on piano, guitar, and ukulele.

 

Morgan graduated from Fairhaven College in 2015 with an Interdisciplinary BA in Music & Society: The Social Context of the Performing Arts & Entrepreneurship, with minors in Music; French; and Audio Technology, Music, & Society. She is the founder of Bellingham Girls Rock Camp, a non-profit music and empowerment organization for youth. Morgan served as Lead Organizer and Executive Director for 9 years before transitioning out of leadership in 2021.

Currently, Morgan is working on writing and producing original music for release as well as music video production and modeling for editorial shoots. In the near future, they would like to get back into acting and are interested in playing stage roles in musical theatre productions and television/film.
